Enough recently, such a building innovation as a water warm floor has appeared. Therefore, it is still perceived as a technological novelty, which brings the atmosphere of comfort and warmth to the house. In fact, this technology is known and applied in the world for a long time – even the ancient Romans.
Water warm floors contribute to the heating of sufficiently large areas and a significant economy of electric energy – especially if we compare with the radiator heating system (by twelve percent). The most optimal temperature regime is provided, which may be necessary for a person – up to twenty -two degrees in the legs and about twenty degrees in the head.
Convective air flows practically do not move (the speed of movement is minimal) and, accordingly, dust does not rise, since the difference between floor and room temperatures is unusually small. The heating of the room is carried out evenly and it is impossible to find overheated or, conversely, chilled areas.
Through water floor, people manage to successfully fight damp. And at the same time, optimal levels of air humidity are preserved, which are needed in order for a person to feel comfortable. Naturally, this is favorable for human health – especially if we talk about allergies, elderly people and children.
When compared with the radiator system, a feature of water warm floor is the ability to accumulate heat. This means that the necessary temperature regimes will be maintained for more than one hour, even if the circulation is disabled.
Such a coating can be operated for a very long time – up to fifty years or more, if the heated water floor work was carried out at the proper professional level. And during operation, special maintenance will not be needed.
Among other things, no electromagnetic field is created by a water warm floor. And for the purpose of heating, you can resort to various energy sources (we can even talk about an alternative in the form of a solar battery or a heat pump). It also indicates the possibility of economic benefits as a result of the use of water warm floor.
As for the beauty of the indoor interior, such heating devices can only decorate it while radiators look quite awkward.
