The successful result of the heating system in a private house with your own hands primarily depends on your knowledge. You need to know the component of the system, each of its elements and the interaction between them. After that, it is necessary to study the process of heating in a private house, which can be found on the Internet, is better in video format. So it will be most clear where to fix what and how everything should look like.
There are two installation options.
Consider the first option: one -pipe scheme. In this case, both hot and cold water, which leaves the boiler, and the cooled back in the opposite direction, passes along one pipe. The big minus of this scheme is that radiators will always be an order of magnitude colder than in another scheme in which rooms are heated equally, evenly.
Consider the second scheme, it is often called “Leningrad”. Here, the installation of heating in a private house has two tangible advantages: it is cheap and simple in a device suitable for different houses, low -rise and heights. It is also quite easy to install. The whole essence of the scheme is in the sequential connection of the pipe passing through the batteries.
There is, of course, a minus in comparison with the above scheme, namely the uneven heating of the room. Yes, and difficult, if not impossible, in a single room to adjust the temperature. Cold water comes from the boiler. To slightly eradicate the minus of the system, you need to connect the thermostat to all radiators and include the circular pump in one line. He rather quickly pumps the carrier through the pipes, which allows him not to cool, which does not give a strong difference in temperature in the rooms.
Now we will consider all this in a step option.
First you need to install a boiler, the main element of the heating system. Necessarily produced according to safety rules, at the right distance to all objects. Then it is necessary to connect the boiler with the chimney. After that, there is an installation of radiators in the necessary places of the room, often under the windows. Then it follows the installation of steel, polypropylene or copper pipes and the installation of these elements: at the highest point of the system – an expansion tank, along the path of water in the boiler – a circulation pump, at the very bottom – a place for draining the liquid. All other elements are best separated by valves. At the very end of the installation is the launch. For this, it is best to call a specialist who will observe your work.
