Powder paints were developed in the 60-70s. XX century. This is a fundamentally new type of paintwork with its advantages.
So, powder paints are good in that their complete disposal is by no means excluded. Being applied to the surface, such paint is again included in the production cycle. Thus, the technology of powder coloring is non -waste.
Another significant advantage of powder paint is that only one layer is enough to stain the surface, while when working with liquid colors requires two, or even three layers. This, in turn, allows you to largely save resources.
The powder coloring is also good because it involves the use of special automated equipment. Even to carry out a large scale of work, such equipment does not require too much electricity.
There are no volatile substances in powder paint, which means that, in comparison with liquid colors, it is safer from an environmental point of view. Powder technology does not have any harmful effects on the human body.
Finally, the losses of powder paint during staining are excluded – it is applied to the surface in full.
