Each apartment has a wall that cannot be put furniture. It can be the space between the doorways, walls on both sides of the window, the side of the loggia or other wall options.
There is only one essence – these spaces are not used as effective as it should be. At the same time, the shortage of the place in the residential part of the room is relevant for any of its area.
Where to place a collection of music disks or a rich library? Where to put numerous souvenirs brought from exotic countries? But what about glass jars with pickles-beds? One of the amazing in its simplicity and effectiveness of answering these questions is a rack from the ceiling to the floor, made exactly in the width of this very “useless” wall. Various materials can be used for its implementation: from metal to wood or plastic, I make any convenient depth, the number and height can also be different.
An excellent design solution is the option when the racks are separately covered with special lamps mounted in a remote visor in the upper or lower part.
On the other hand, shelves are extremely convenient for unobtrusive zoning of the room, being at the same time a place to store things. This design, placed perpendicular to the wall, gives access to the shelves on both sides. For the safety of use and greater stability, the rack is better attached to the ceiling and floor.
